how do you get a live agent
Will someone please help me?! I've spent an hour with your automated help and am unable to get a live agent. My ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. They told me after making my builder wait for 4 hours for comcast and not showing up that my ticket should be an SRO ticket, not an ECM. Comcast never called me to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Please help me speak to someone about adding service to a new structure on my property. Thank you.
