How the [Edited: "Language"] do I talk to a human?

My friend got an installation kit but doesn't have wiring at her house. The [Edited: "Language"] bot tells her to plug it in but she doesn't have a [Edited: "Language"]
wire going to her house.

How can she get in touch with someone who can send an installer to her house to run an actual cable to her house?

I used to work at Comcast. Things have gone so far downhill that it's unbelievable.

This is egregious. What used to take five minutes took over an hour for her to do. It should have been done when she made the order.

This is shameful and wrong. Be better, Comcast.
