How to contact for property damage claim

Recently comcast ran a cable from the junction box in my neighbors yard, under my driveway, through my yard to my neighbors house.  In doing so they left a lot of damage to the driveway, yard and cut the sprinkler line if several spots.  I am not able to reach a human through the chat or phone to get this addressed.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out @user_8a86el! I can absolutely understand why you're concerned. I'd want to get my property properly reviewed as well. If possible, please gather:

• Photos of the driveway, yard, and sprinkler damage

• The approximate date the work was performed

We'll need to submit the appropriate ticket for investigation. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

I would also be looking for an update after submitted the photos, information, and waiting three weeks without hearing back @user_8a86el. We'd like the opportunity to review the status of the claim and any notes associated with the ticket. If the ticket is still open, we can verify whether it's within the expected turnaround time and, if necessary, determine whether additional escalation is needed.

Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address, and let us know approximately when the claim was submitted. Once we're able to locate the ticket, we'll review the current status and help determine the next steps.
