how to speak to a human and not get transferred [Edited]
I finally got through to a human....got treated like [Edited: Language]....got transferred 4 times even by a supervisor to a line that just rings and rings and don't forget rings again.....then after no one answering it automatically hung up on me! I was on the phone for over an hour!!! why? why? why? you want us to pay our bills on time but we can't get the service we pay for!!!
