How to Submit Ticket for Xfinity Utility Box Cover Repair?

user_z944i2 Hello! You are in the perfect place for help with having the utility box (pedestal) repaired. Thank you for reaching out to our team here on our Xfinity Forums. Are you having any service trouble with the water and dirt intrusion into the pedestal? I don't want to fix this and leave anyone with service issues if we can get everything repaired at the same time.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
