How to switch to Internet plans without term contract?

I'm happy with Xfinity Internet service I've using for about 3 years. I'd like to switch to a plan that doesn't come with any term contract, even if it  means I'd have to pay a little more. I can't find such options in "Change Plan" tab. How can I do that? I used to rely on online agents to resolve some issues in the past but I can't seem to get one now - it's all virtual assistant that doesn't get what I say.

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
