Human agent

I need to connect to a human agent that promised me a credit when my new statement arrives in the prior chat. There is just no way to connect me to a human agent.

I desperately need live human tech support as comcast has completely lost all my data, my account, my folders.....my entire email life for the past 20 years with this switchover/copout to Yahoo.  I'm so angry I could explode.  Is there ANY HOPE FOR ANY HELP WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY>>>>>?????????
