•   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
•   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
•   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
•   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
•   Press Enter to send it

Neighborhood outages with flood /damages hurricane Milton. Some of then street lost no service nor power but no so for us.  Expect review outage and provide credit. No internet from 10/9/2024 to 10/16/2024.  Desire credit but no response and ibot did not process saying not eligible . Please respond to this forum complaint so I don’t need to go to X Facebook Reddit to help facilitate a lack of response from xfinity
