I actived the Free Peacock Premium offer from Xfinity Rewards, but I'm still being charged

I activated the "Peacock premium offer" but have been charged $5.99-$7.99 every month since 7/15/24. I used the Xfinity assistant and clicked on "activate Peacock", and it says Peacock is "already active". I also went to https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, it also says "already active".

On my bill under add ons it does say "Peacock Premium included at no extra cost". But then under other service providers it says "peacock prem - $7.99"

I noticed in the (7/18/24) email from Xfinity rewards it says "If you already have a paid Peacock plan, cancel it first." I checked Subscriptions on my Set-Top Box and it said I was subscribed to Peacock Premium for $7.99/month. So today I cancelled it on my STB. Then I tried to activate Peacock again and it still says "already active".
So now on my STB it says my subscription will end on 11/29/24. Now when I go to resubscribe it says "if you resubscribe Peacock premium will auto renew for $7.99. How do I get this "other service providers" charge off of my bill?

Hey there, @jfox9913. Based on your description from your post, it appears you may have multiple Peacock accounts which is why you're seeing the charges and account saying its already active. The best way to test this is to head over to the Peacock login page, once that is loaded you'll want to enter all of your personal and Comcast emails one at a time that could be possibly linked to a Peacock account. If the email address prompts you for a password, there is a Peacock account linked to that email address. If you're not able to get into that account you'll have to reset your password through their system. Once you're logged in, you'll want to navigate to subscriptions and find the account that shows Xfinity is providing the subscription. If you get logged into a Peacock account and it shows a normal subscription, you'll want to cancel that account to avoid future $7.99 charges and try another email address to locate the account your Xfinity offer is linked with.
