I am looking for the account balance on the debit card I received as refund when I cancelled my services.
In December 2025 I received a prepaid Mastercard with a refund total of $325.52. I used the card for a couple of minor expenses but the card is now not working. I'd like to check the balance and if there is a reason why the card is no longer working.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_gmsbvt! I know how frustrating it can be when a card suddenly stops working, especially when you’ve only used the card for a couple minor expenses. Based on what you’ve said, it would appear you received a physical card. If so, there should be a number on the back of the card to call.
