I am moving to a new home where they did not have comcast cable internet and tv. There are no cable outlets in rooms where TVs and computer
I am a current longtime comcast cable/internet customer. I'm moving to a new home where they do not have cable tv and internet. There are no cable outlets where we plan to place computers and TVs. Does Comcast install the interior cabling and outlet/jacks?

The technicians wouldn't perform what is called "wall fishing" which is just like it sounds, adding a line and feeding it through the walls to an outlet, that would either be done by an electrician or by someone hired by the property manager. We can do a professional installation and have the technician review the location to see if they are able to bring a line into the home for services. @user_37c066

I'll add that they will only install a wall plate / outlet on a wall that faces the outside by running external wiring on the outside of a building and drilling a hole through from the outside to the inside to get the wiring in. If you want / need wall fishing, you will need to hire a local contractor, such as a low-voltage electrician. They also refer to a service company that they have partnered with. See this article:
