I am sick of xfinity they raised their prices

They constantly raise their prices i was with them since 2011 and ever since I been okay with them but then they keep extra money for no reason I got tired of their [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and I found another company for my service way cheaper than xfinity. They kept on harassing me by calling 3 times a day for the payment and I am not happy with them.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_m9zh5r! I know price increases are never a welcome sight, and we always want to help mitigate any increases however we can. Have you had a chance to review the reason for the increases via the Xfinity app or website in the billing section?

No, I wasn't notified.  My monthly charges just for internet increased from $40 to $114  !   I've been using Xfinity for about 3 years, but I'm going to have to switch to Spectrum. I wish someone could explain this to me before I discontinue my service with Xfinity.

user_m9zh5r I can definitely understand why that kind of increase would come as a shock. If my bill jumped from $40 to $114, I'd be looking for answers too.

A price increase like this happens when a promotional offer comes to an end. Notifications about upcoming promotion expirations are typically included on monthly billing statements, but I know those notices can be easy to miss. I'd be happy to review your account, check what promotion may have expired, and see what current offers or options are available to help lower your monthly cost. To get started, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address, and we'll take a closer look together. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the past 3 years, and I'd love the opportunity to review your account before you make a decision about switching providers.
