I can’t download the app therefore can’t set of Wi-Fi router
My phone is old and can’t use the app. How can I set up the Wi-Fi router without the app? The router is connected to the Ethernet cable.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
