I can't view Legal Document

I go to Account and identity> Legal Agreements and Contracts section> Legal Documents. All other documents open, I click on the two-year contract document to view the contract I get a message, something unexpected happened. Click on try again button does nothing via desktop computer or via cell phone logged into account.

Seeing as how I am being hounded with Reminder To Accept Solution on your post email and Xfinity has kindly asked me to do this. We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.

So, behind the closed door in Direct Message, the solution is there is no solution, Xfinity cannot help me access one of the five legal documents in my user level agreements section in my account page online nor can they explain why I can’t. I can see documents from 2009,2017, two from 2026 but not the most important one from 2025. I bet if I violated that legal document that I can’t access in my account Xfinity would, like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, magically get that legal document for me.

The half-baked answer that has nothing to do with me viewing the document online was “We cannot email the contract to you. Do you by chance have a Xfinity store nearby? They may be able to print it or view it for you. I like the confidence in that second part. I sure am, never mind….

After I had essentially signed off from the DM at 8:47 pm after being asked if there was anything else they could assist me with, another support agent whose name starts with a D chimes in at 8:59 pm with this clearly, I am not going to read from the start of this DM to find out what this customer has already done and the issue at hand by posting this message. You can actually download and view your service agreement by visiting our 'Find your legal agreements and contract in your Xfinity account' support page. This will go over the service agreement and terms of the agreement. Are you able to successfully access it this way? You know, now that you mentioned it, I do remember a customer starting a post and a DM talking about having issues at that exact location, now who was that customer. I remember who that was. It was me! I hope this support agent is not the same one I started with from the very start in this issue of tails of customer no support from customer support.

Hi there @user_AB23 Thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about accessing your contract.  I'll be happy to assist.  I

f all other documents open but one does not, it may be an issue with that specific document. Have you tried to refresh your page and retry?

Yes, I have tried refreshing the page, dumping cookies. I have used my dreaded windows eleven system, a Linux system on another system. A cell phone connected to comcast and connected via my cell and three different browsers used on all systems.

Five things I have not done yet are access my neighbor’s network via his unsecured printer, I have not done the Hokey Pokey or fired up the Trash-80 or the C64 or run a VM in a sandbox. The first is illegal, the second is silly and the third and fourth have been buried in boxes with many other boxes in my basement for decades and the fifth is a waste of time for a Xfinity issue.
