I found an Xfinity box I need to return


I think I signed up for Xfinity a long time ago and then I just found a box with all the stuff still in it. I’ve never even opened it. I need to return it.

Hello @user_kjahfd, and thank you for returning that found equipment. Customers can return their equipment by simply dropping the devices off at any open Xfinity Retail or UPS location. I recommend visiting theupsstore.com for the most up-to-date locations and store hours. This link provides a locator for the nearest Xfinity Store. Please collect a receipt for your records at either location.

If you go to a UPS store they will supply the label.

@user_kjahfd there should be a return label in the packaging if you've never opened it. I would not open it as they can scan the box.
