I got an email that stated ‘We received your cancelation request, and we're on it’. I didn't request this
I am trying to talk to a representative about this! I randomly got an email today saying that my cancellation request has gone through and that today is the end of my service and to return my equipment. I JUST got my equipment last week and have not been anywhere near the "cancellation" button for my account. At first I thought it was a phishing scam but now I can't access or manage my plan on the website and have no way of checking if its actually been hacked and cancelled.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
