I have a cable line down in my yard and you guys won’t come get it.
A big truck came down the street couple days ago and hit the line. You guys came out to fix it, but didn’t pick up the wire from my side yard. It is still dangling from the pole near my house. Also, my neighbor cross the street has the same problem. You guys are out there to fix them , but not me. I used to be customer, but changed services, however I still use your email. I am hoping since I am not current customer, I am not being ignored.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
