I have not received my router/modem package

I have seen that several people here have reported this problem, and I cannot even track it. Can you help, please?

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do apologize for any inconvenience. Once the modem is ready to ship you should receive a notice with the tracking number. Have you received notification of your tracking number
