I have tried cancelling my mobile service multiple times but it is still active

When I opened my account they threw me a mobile line and they told me it was included in my package without additional charges, even when I told them at the store I didn't need it. I have called four times to cancel it, and still shows under my account...AND I'm getting billed!

To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
