I need a human

I cannot speak to anyone from Comcast! This is ridiculous. I have questions and your automated system is the worst gate keeper. I need to speak to a human being! When I can speak to a human being, I only speak to BPO's. I don't think Comcast wants customer anymore. They have gotten to a point that they either don't want you to have a human connection or they want to go the cheapest route and make the most money they can by outsourcing. Please can I have someone, anyone to talk to without having to reset my modem multiple times?! 

You think your IVR is great but it isn't, if I call, your IVR resets my modem and when I call back it acts as if my modem wasn't reset and resets my modem again. I can't get to a person! 

I am just trying to figure out my login for 10.0.0.1

@XfinityChelseaB​ hi, this does not. I go to 10.0.0.1, it prompts me to enter a UN and password but I do not have the login.

TheLoadKing If you haven’t changed the username and password, log in with:
Username: admin
Password: password
If you made changes to these already we do not store them and you would need to preform a factory reset to restore the default login information.
