Hello, @user_mzg30o thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance regarding your billing concerns. With being new to Xfinity Forums, I did want to pass along that it is helpful to create your own post on the appropriate board when needing assistance for future interactions. If you haven't checked it out, our guidelines are a great place to learn more about the platform: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/xfinity-forum-guidelines/602da8fdc5375f08cd20b38c
Regarding the increase, when there is a large jump in pricing like you noticed, that is typically due to a promotion roll off. You can view your bills, which have a detailed breakdown of your service(s) when logging in either online or through the Xfinity App. I found this helpful walkthrough document that has a step by step guide on how to view your statements: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill

@XfinityLinda I am trying to see what other options I may have to get more gigs. I have 1.2, but we are going through more the last couple months and doubling are our bill. I did not see another plan offer unlimited as an option. I’ve been with Comcast for 27 years. Please let me know if I can talk to an agent about more gigs/ unlimited. Thank you.
@user_b1orbq I would be more than happy to review your account to see what promotions are available in the area that offer the unlimited data service. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
