I need a replacement modem because of lighting damage.

Hi, I work on the road and while I was gone I noticed I couldn’t connect to my camera I had hooked up to my WiFi. But when I got home I noticed the WiFi box light wasn’t on. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in and still nothing. And my mom said it was storming here pretty bad during the time I lost connection. So what are the steps I need to take to get a replacement sent out?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
