I Need Non AI Agent help

My service has been interrupted multiple times this week due to alleged work in my neighborhood. Today 11/16, I received a notification that this will start up again tomorrow 11/17, at which time i immediately lost internet service. This is unacceptable. I want to speak to a person, a human person, about a) the service i pay for and have been unable to use,  b) your horrendous AI assistant, aka the king of circular problem solving.

Can you send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
