I need support to cancel my services

I need to cancel my services because the building where I live has added internet service to the conventional services as mandatory, and I don’t want to pay twice for the same type of service.

Hi, sorry to bother you again. I’m still not able to send a DM, it seems liek the pen and paper icon is disabled, and I can’t click on it.
