I need support to cancel my services

I need to cancel my services because the building where I live has added internet service to the conventional services as mandatory, and I don’t want to pay twice for the same type of service.

Thank you in advance!

Hello, @user_vxowpy. We already changed your reply into its own post, so you did not need to create this one, but we appreciate it. Per the other response, Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address, and we'll get you authenticated and work on this issue. Thanks!

Hi, sorry to bother you again. I’m still not able to send a DM, it seems liek the pen and paper icon is disabled, and I can’t click on it.

@user_vxowpy I'm glad to hear that worked, and was able to locate the direct message. I'll follow up with you there to assist with getting the service disconnected.
