I need to add and remove person from account. It is with my parents. I am the account manager. Iwas on live text 4 hours yesterday to bill

I need to remove old account member from bill.  I am account manager for my parents.  I need to have contact info changed. Call me. No live text. Took me 4 hours just to pay their bill ladt night.

Ridiculous.

Have a human call me.
