I NEED TO BE CONTACTED ASAP
I have been being charged $30! a month for an inactive router that I DO NOT HAVE!! Anytime I have gotten a new router, the tech took the old one with him. I have called and chatted SOOO many times about this, and EVERY TIME I am told that this inactive router will be removed from my account and the years worth of charges will be credited to my account. IT IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT AND STILL BEING CHARGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR THE LAST TIME, I DO NOT HAVE THIS EQUIPMENT AND SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR IT. I WANT IT REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE $30/MO FOR A YEAR YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR IT REFUNDED!!!!!!!! C*O*N*T*A*C*T M*E OR FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
