I need to cancel my service

Hello, I need to cancel all ofmy xfinity service.

I have had no issue with my internet, but I have moved and am no longer at the address being serviced. I do not want to migrate my service as I am currently living somewhere that already has internet.

I would really appreciate if you don't make this profoundly complicated and just help me cancel my account as quickly as possible.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
