I need to chat with an agent.

There have been outages in my area on and off for weeks. I am trying to chat with an agent, but the Xfinity Assistant just runs me in circles, not answering my questions and not helping. How can I chat with a real person? Yes, I have typed agent, representative, and everything else I can think of to try to reach a REAL person. The assistant is NOT helpful.
