@XfinityMatthew I've been ry8mg to get our bill lowered for many many months, also attempting to have two sub services we never ordered or used cancelled andcrefumded to account. I will be online with a rep for an hour or more only o havevthem aggressively push services wedding want (like a cell line, cell phone, iPad etc). We pay an outrageous monthly amount for service that is prety spotty. I saw there was a deal for new custo,ers for $50-$60 a month, dame speed we currently have. I was told that was only for new customers and we've been customers for over 20 years. The lowest they said they could go was just under $100. This doesn't seem very fair, we would like city lowered more if possible, amd definitely want to makecsure the sub to Disney amd amc is cancelled amd refunded (I think you should be able to tell he services haven't been streamed here.

All customers, when they first start with us, receive a new customer offer, just like with other services, so you have already taken advantage of a similar offer if you have been with us for some time. Offers are all preloaded based on a few factors, so as much as we would love to provide the same deal to everyone, it is just not an option for most customers since they would not be classified as new.
