I need to have my internet cable buried

Comcast laid a new internet cable on my back lawn July 29, 2026 and told me a “Dig Team” would be at my house within 14 days to bury the cable. The cable is still laying on my back lawn on September 25, 2025. What is the problem?

Hey there, @user_vg2g5y - You've come to the right place for support! Our team is more than happy to look into this and help in any way we can. First, have you already used the Xfinity Assistant to request a line burial?

I have used every form of contact that Xfinity allows, with no luck.
