I need to speak to a human [Edit: All Caps]

I am beyond annoyed with the customer service y’all are offering. My bill went up this month and have been trying for over 3 weeks to get in touch with a human being [Edit: All Caps] to discuss it. Everytime i call i get redirected to the chat which then the phone hangs up or i get an automated person who can’t connect me to a human. At this point it’s easier to cancel my services than it is to get some questions answered. 

side note- other providers are offering better customer service, better service all around, at cheaper rates.

See? Here's the problem with that. First, you have to deal with the idiotic and totally useless AI chat and tell it 5 times that you want to talk to a human. Then if you're lucky enough to get on a chat with them, then don't get too excited. First, theyll take 7 minutes reading your entire account. 

After that, you'll need to type a book chapter to tell them what you want. If you win the lottery, they'll actually be able to help you, if you lose the lottery, they'll give you super complex instructions on how you need to do it yourself.

If course, I spent nearly 3 hours dealing with them two weeks ago, and when I eventually went to do their job for them, the website gave me a [Edit: Language] error and told me to contact customer support. Which of course, put me right back where I started from.

I cancelled my cable finally and now I need them to cancel one more thing but the customer service line just went dead on me.

I cannot stand Xfinity. Also, I have absolutely no idea how to cancel this "service."
