I need to talk to a live person with a heartbeat not AI [Edited]

We never get the speed we are paying for and now have had several disruptions in service over the last 3 days. This is after they did recent service "upgrades" in the area in the last month. I work from home and can not continue with the service interruptions. How can I speak with a real live person.

Why bother when you are the one telling me their is an outage with a resolution time that constantly moves. You did upgrades in our neighborhood and now your service is unreliable at best.

We simply want to check in to see what has been attempted or looked into to avoid repeating steps and to gather more information about the issue you're having. It sounds as though we have technicians working in the area to resolve the issue based on your description, but they may have run into complications while doing so, hence the changing resolution time.
