user_kzeq56 You can change the email address where you get Xfinity account alerts and communications on xfinity.com or the Xfinity app.

To add or change the email address to your account online, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the customer.xfinity.com/settings.
   • You may be asked to sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
   • Note: Individual users on the account can add a personal email address.
2. Choose Account notification settings.
3. Choose Add personal email.
   
   • To change an existing email address, choose the address and then Change email.
4. You will be asked to verify your identity before making this change. You can choose one of two ways:
   • Tap a notification in the Xfinity app.
   • Enter a code sent through email or text.
5. Enter your email address. Choose Continue.
   • You’ll get a code sent to this email.
   • Enter the six-digit code in the boxes and choose Verify.
   • You’ll get confirmation that your email is verified.
