I need yet a THIRD technician to come out to work on ongoing glitch please

Hello. This glitch happens on my laptop, my cell, my steaming tv. It just glitches and glitches until I'm insane. Watching football is almost impossible. Working from home is almost impossible. Two technicians have been here since September 11, 2026. Both of them replaces a lot of things outside. From the pole at the street to the side of the house. This is unacceptable. And having to deal with the xfinity assistant when I've already been tehre and done that multiple times? Unacceptable. Also, after a LOT of time working with a rep on the phone, I still have no voicemail that I've been paying for for over a year now. Unacceptable. I'm going to start checking out other options for wifi, etc. Thank you for listening.

user_ux4ukn Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums about needing another tech shortly after having 2 others already for the same issues. That would certainly be frustrating for me as well, and I would be happy to assist with getting another out as well as continue following up with you to confirm all services work as expected. We like to make sure issues we assist with get resolved before we complete our conversations with you. I'll need a direct message with account information to assist you with your concern please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
