I have not had Xfinity since August 28, 2026. All equipment was turned in on August 28, 2026 at the Leominster , Ma store. I have a receipt for the equipment returned. My bill was overpaid for August in the amount 3,088.70. You just crediting my account, which meds to be cancelled as of August 28, 2026. I am due a refund of about $3008.00. Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize if we didn't set proper billing expectations for what to expect once you've cancelled your Xfinity services. I'll be happy to take a deeper look at your account to make sure the disconnection order is set correctly, as returning Xfinity equipment does not cancel the xfinity account, as customer have the option to use their own equipment.

We'll also go over the billing expectations and what to expect when Xfinity owes you a refund. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity

Please go ahead and send us a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address
