I want to talk to a live agent and get a service ticket written
I lost power this AM and the power was restored at 11:00am. It is now 9:30pm and I still don't have any of my Comcast services restored. Yes I power-cycled the cable modem 8 times in the past 10 hours. I also power-cycled the DVR. Comcast status knows that my cable is out but it thinks it's due to a power outage. Calling Comcast or trying to chat with the Xfinity Assistant is a waste of time because it terminates the conversation as soon as it realizes that I am in a outage area. I just want to talk to someone to let them know that the outage is not due to a power outage. There is something wrong with the Comcast network. And I verified that my neighbors have the same issue. Please write up a service ticket for our outage!!!
(And fix your Xfinity Assistant so it doesn't send you to a dead end during an outage)
