1. Visit your local Xfinity Retail Store. (Swap equipment in person, and free of cost)
2. We can ship your equipment. There is a shipping fee associated with it. You will still have to return your equipment to your local Xfinity Retail Store or UPS store.
3. Have a technician visit your home, and complete the swap for you. There is a technician fee associated with it.
