I was offered a free tablet but am now being charged $100

I was offered a free tablet and promised over and over again the would be no upcoming charges,  but there is one,  for $100. Xfinity will not answer phone or chat messages.

No let's keep it public.  

The charge is for installation that I was told would be free. 

So I've spent like 6 hours correcting straight up lies from customer service.
