No one can respond to messages and the only thing I can talkt to is the [Edited: Language] robot chat assistant, that's it I'm done I'm out

If you post about your issue here [without the colorful language] one of our Official Employees should be able to help you.

Please don't create multiple identical posts as that is considered spamming and is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

@Again I have posted my issues, even sent Xfinity Support a direct message as instructed... Still nothing

@user_4mubl2​ was that from the post 7 days ago?  If so you need to continue following up in that thread and not create new threads, and you need to follow up with that direct message.

I'm not sure what is going on but it keeps doubling up my posts, so that's something else xfinity can't get right.. that's not on me.. it's confusing the crud out of me too

@Again​ i have done those things.. and that's the chat I have tried to resume for the past 4 hours tonight and have heard nothing.. until you commented anyways
