The only people you are allowed to talk to (assuming you can get past their bots and automated disconnect tricks) are from the Phillipines. I have to now cancel my entire service because one of these people insists that they know all. If it isn't in "the tool", then they can't help support anything. Sad that they don't seem to care about their customers. This is what happens when corporate entities are in control. I'm forced to use another provider because of call centers like the ones they use. Shame but that's all you can do, that it, find another provider.

Same. I am getting so sick of the automated system also. I'm about to completely cancel all my service just because the stupid bot jumps the gun and wont listen to what I am calling about and hangs up. Then I keep getting constant outages but expected to still pay for their service failures. Not okay.

I pay out the wazoo for their services too. They don't care though. I'm in the process of locating another provider. I'll post back when I find another. Don't let the misery get to you folks. Just get rid of them.
I suggest contacting Tom Karinshak's office. The call center bots and foreign people will try to stop it but, keep trying. Make sure to reference as much detail about the 'information' these foreigners in their call centers say to you. You just have to expose them and hit them where the big boys thrive. Hit their wallets.
