If I cannot speak with a live agent, i am going to cancel Xfinity

We are having an issue with our cable service.  the screen keeps going black.  it is impossible to watch anything, we have to keep unplugging the TV box.  I have went through the ridiculous chat with AI and it never leads to a live agent.  i am beyond frustrated.  I am seriously considering going to a different provider.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Our Xfinity App has troubleshooting tools that can be a real time saver when you are experiencing service issues. When the screen goes black do you get an error message or code?

same. i cannot explain my issue to a robot. i need a human being. i pay SO MUCH money for this internet service and it is not working properly and i can't get any help with it. i'm losing it. i cannot read five novels worth of instructions every time i have a question that a human could help me troubleshoot in five minutes. i'm not speaking to another robot.
