If my bill goes to collection can I still send my modem box back

I still have my modem box and was wondering if I can still send it back? I moved and lost track of time. I have been trying to find a number to call bot cannot seem to find one. Can anyone help me?

@user_kchasj You'll definitely want to get that equipment returned to us as you've most likely been charged for it. Once the equipment is returned and scanned off of your account the equipment charge is automatically reversed so if that was the only charge on your account after it was closed it will update with the collection agency within 90 once the balance has been cleared.
