I'm getting text requests to return equipment
I moved from one apartment to another within the same building. The building already provides cable. My additional service is internet only. After the move, I'm getting texts to return equipment or I will be charged. I have tried calling and I'm currently sitting on 8 minutes of silence from the moment it asked "In a few words, tell me what you are calling about?". All I'm trying to do is ask what equipment do they have that I should return. I have yet to be able to talk to a person after about a week of trying. I get the texts every few days.

Hello, @ftejr our team can help you with your account and equipment. We'll just need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
