I’m requesting help unlocking my device associated with Xfinity Mobile

They unlocked my phone when i paid it off  and did not have an outstanding balance. I am trying to gift my phone to my grandson now I have a bal overdue and they locked it back

I do have an unpaid balane bt iam giving my grand son this one and putting anoter one on there. The phone was unlocke but they locked it back

@XfinityJeniece​ I did that but they say I have an unpaid balance, i get that but I I paid my phone off in May and did not have an unpaid balance but they locked my phone .This contradicts FCC unlocking guidelines, which require carriers to unlock devices upon request once they are paid off and the account is in good standing at that time
