in home visit charge

I've been on the phone and in chat several times with no resolution. On Jun 3, 2025, I was charged $100 for an in home visit to replace my modem. The technician was unable to install a new modem and left my old modem intact. NOTHING was done. And i was charged $100. There is no place to email and chat is my only option. Each time I was on chat, it was for an hour or so, and right as I was getting this resolved, the chat ended. VERY frustrating. Horrible customer service. NO PLACE to get things resolved. MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE this is the place? Hope springs eternal. Remove the $100 charge where NOTHING was accomplished in my home.

tjbrett Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Our team would be more than happy to take a look at that charge and see how we can help. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
