in need of a technician that can extend our fiber cable inside our apartment

I was able to chat with an agent today. I put in writing exactly what we need the technician to do. They confirmed that they will put those notes in the service request. A technician will be coming on Monday. Hopefully, xfinity dispatches a technician who can splice fiber optic cable.

No, currently the wall was removed leaving the existing cable that ran up through it Intact and exposed. Additional fiber cable needs to be fused on to the existing cable so that it will be long enough to be moved out of the way. Our contractor will handle that part, we just need a technician that can splice/fuse additional cable to make the it possible to move it

We have another appointment booked for today to try to get this done. Hopefully this the technician can do this
