Incorrect charge on my bank account from Xfinity

Please refund $150 bill taken out from my account, without my knowledge! 

this amount is not depicted anywhere and i have the amount deducted from my account.

i spoke with 5 agents and still no response! 

this is ridiculous and you can’t keep withdrawing unknown charges which is not even reflected on the app or your system where your agents can’t even find it! 

please give me a quick response regarding this matter
