incorrect iOS info on your website, AND having functionality ONLY available on the app is ridiculous

Your website and your chat bot say you support iOS version 15. But the Xfinity App in Apple's App store says people need iOS version 17.2 or later.

First of all, you need to fix your website's info.

Secondly, having usage/device/whatever information/data ONLY be available on the app and NOT on the website under someone's account is ridiculous. You're discriminating against a whole section of the population - those with older phones, those with less money to buy newer phones, people who aren't so up-to-date on phone technology, people who rely on websites and can't use phones, etc.  And that's just ridiculous. And possibly illegal, against the ADA. You're purposely making things more difficult for possibly hundreds or thousands of people and households. You should do better.

Hi there user_iqkdil, we appreciate you reaching out through the community forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access the Xfinity App and some of the features that come along with it. We might be able to provide further assistance for some functions. Can you please provide us with more detail about what you were trying to access or information you were looking for?

Moved to Customer Service as this has nothing to do with Accessibility/disability.
