Incorrect Move Order Upload Speed

My existing move order has an incorrect upload speed.

When I placed the move order, the Xfinity moves agent explicitly confirmed that I was getting Gigabit service with 1000 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload for $50/month. After the order was submitted, my confirmation email instead shows 1000 Mbps download / 35 Mbps upload.

I have already attempted to resolve this through support multiple times. Two separate chats told me they were transferring me to a dedicated team and then disconnected. I also called support today, spent approximately 20 minutes verifying my account information, was never transferred to the moves team, and the call then disconnected.

I need the existing order reviewed and corrected to the 100 Mbps upload tier that was represented when I placed the order, while preserving the $50/month pricing.

I have screenshots of the confirmation showing the 1000/35 discrepancy and can provide the order number privately if needed.

Please have an official Xfinity Support representative review the order and escalate it to the appropriate team.

user_uqsnwr Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I can certainly understand your concern, especially after being quoted one upload speed and then seeing something different on the order confirmation. I'd be happy to review the move order, take a closer look at the service details, and see how I can best help. Please send me a Direct Message with your full name and service address, and I'll be glad to investigate the order and review the options available.
