Incorrect response to dig request

Xfinity responded to a dig request with "Comcast has determined there is no conflict...",  which is incorrect (I saw it installed).   I talked to the company contracted to provide locator services for Comcast and they will not mark the cable without a request from Comcast.  I've been unable to get help through live chat or xfinity app to get this started.   

What is my next step?
